PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cylindrical container for a body fluid treating device by an injection molding in which flash does not occur or falls into an allowable range if occurs even when a pair of inner molds of a butting type are used, to provide a high quality and practical cylindrical container for the body fluid treating device having no flash on the center inner surface, and to provide a hollow yarn membrane type body fluid treating device provided with the cylindrical container.SOLUTION: In the method, by which the cylindrical container 1 for the body fluid treating device is formed by forming a cylindrical molding part 41 of an outer mold 11 of an injection molding mold 10 and a pair of the inner molds 21, 31 inserted into the outer mold 11, and injecting a synthetic resin into the molding part 41, a butting position A, where the end faces 21a, 31a of a pair of the inner molds 21, 31 are butted, is within a range 1/4 long of the total length of the molding part 41 from one end of the container and the injection molding is carried out by engaging the end faces 21a, 31a of the inner molds 21, 31 with each other at the butting position A.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の課題は、体液処理器用の筒状容器を射出成型によって製造するにあたり、突き当て式の一対の内型を用いても、筒状容器の中央内表面にバリが発生しないか、あるいは発生しても許容範囲に収まるような製造方法を提供すること。また、中央内表面にバリのない高品質かつ実用的な体液処理器用の筒状容器を提供すること。更にその筒状容器を備えた中空糸膜型体液処理器を提供すること。【解決手段】 射出成型金型10の外型11と、この外型11に挿入される一対の内型21,31とにより筒状の成形部41が形成され、この成形部41に合成樹脂を射出して体液処理器用の筒状容器1を成形する方法であって、一対の内型21,31の端面21a,31aによる突き当て位置Aを、成形部41の全長において一方の容器端から四半分(4分の1)の長さ範囲S内とし、かつ、該突き当て位置Aにおいて、内型21,31の端面21a,31a同士を互いに嵌合させた状態で射出成型する体液処理器用の筒状容器1の製造方法。【選択図】 図2
