The present invention relates to a charging station of a drone for spraying agricultural pesticides and, more specifically, to a charging station of a drone for spraying agricultural pesticides, which has a charging unit formed in the charging station, correspondingly to a location of a battery in a drone body of the drone for spraying agricultural pesticides, and thus, charging of the battery can be more efficiently performed. According to the present invention, the charging station of a drone for spraying agricultural pesticides comprises: a propeller； a drone body having a control unit, a sensor unit, and a battery formed therein to drive the propeller； an agricultural pesticide tank having a pump disposed on a lower portion of the drone body； a spray nozzle installed in an agricultural pesticide supply pipe connected to the agricultural pesticide tank； the drone for spraying agricultural pesticides, including a support to enable the drone body to safely contact the ground； and a station for charging the battery in the drone body.
