According to an embodiment of the present invention, the skin moisture and body composition measurement system comprises: a skin moisture and body composition measurement device including an electrode unit which is in contact with the body of a user, a skin moisture signal measurement unit which generates a skin moisture measurement signal by measuring an electrical resistance value of the skin of the user by current applied through the electrode unit, a body composition signal measurement unit which generates a body composition measurement signal by measuring an electrical resistance value of the body of the user by the current applied through the electrode unit, and a wireless communication unit which transmits and receives, to and from the outside, the skin moisture measurement signals and the body composition measurement signals measured by the skin moisture signal measurement unit and the body composition signal measurement unit； and a smart device receiving the skin moisture measurement signal and the body composition measurement signal and analyzing skin moisture and body composition to provide the analyzed skin moisture and body composition to the user.
