The present invention relates to a portable excretion sensing terminal capable of sensing excretion in a non-contact method, generating an excretion sensing signal by using reference frequency and sensing frequency changed according to a change in electrostatic capacity by a sensor, and accurately determining whether of excretion regardless of thickness of clothes by analyzing the signal, and a sensing method. According to the present invention, the portable excretion sensing terminal comprises: a frequency generating unit for generating reference frequency and sensor frequency for sensing excretion； an excretion sensing unit for sensing frequency reflected from an object to be measured in a non-contact method； a sensing signal generating unit for logically calculation reference frequency generated in the frequency generating unit and frequency sensed from the excretion sensing unit, and generating an excretion sensing signal by integration a result of the logical calculation； and a comparing and controlling unit for determining whether of excretion by comparing a sensing signal generated in the sensing signal generating unit with a reference signal set as a reference to determine excretion, and generating an excretion sensing display control signal if excretion is determined.비접촉방식으로 대소변을 감지하되, 기준주파수와 센서에 의해 감지된 정전용량 변화에 따라 변화하는 감지주파수를 이용하여 대소변 감지신호를 발생하고, 이를 분석하여 옷의 두께와 무관하게 정확하게 대소변 유무를 판단할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 대소변 감지단말기 및 감지방법에 관한 것으로서, 대소변 감지를 위한 기준 주파수 및 센서 주파수를 발생하는 주파수 발생부； 측정대상으로부터 반사되는 주파수를 비접촉방식으로 감지하는 대소변 감지부； 상기 주파수 발생부에서 발생한 기준주파수와 상기 대소변 감지부에서 감지한 주파수를 논리 연산하고, 그 결과를 적분하여 대소변 감지신호로 생성하는 감지신호 생성부； 및 상기 감지신호 생성부에서 생성한 감지신호와 대소변을 판단하기 위해 기준으로 설정한 기준신호를 비교하여 대소변 유무를 판단하고, 대소변으로 판단되면 대소변 감지 표시제어신호를 발생하는 비교 및 제어부를 포함하여, 휴대용 대소변 감지단말기를 구현한다.
