The other side of the left seat frames is integrally formed with the other side of right connection frames, and the other side of left connection frames is integrally formed with the other side of the right seat frames. When a mulching film for cultivating crops is produced, neighboring zigzag planting holes are simultaneously punched by means of one planting punching unit, so that a distance between planting holes is regular.
