PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-cleaning agent composition having warm feeling effect, giving sufficient foam volume and foam quality as a cleaning agent, having rinsability (no creakiness), and also being excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: A hair-cleaning agent composition contains (A) an anionic surfactant, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, (C) 40 to 78 mass% of a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 190 to 420, (D) glycerin and (E) cationized cellulose, where the mass ratio of mixed (A) and (B) components shown by (A)/(B) is 1 to 10.
