PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving agent composition which is good in feeling during shaving, suppresses the skin dryness after shaving, and is slight in burden on the skin.SOLUTION: The shaving agent composition comprises: (A) 0.05-1 mass% of an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer (B) 0.05-0.5 mass% of a nonionic surfactant (C) 1-10 mass% of an oily agent (D) 0.01-0.3 mass% of a highly polymerized polyethylene oxide with a number-average molecular weight of 100,000 or higher and (E) 70-98.89 mass% of water.
