PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the skill level of a respiration method by a user to be decided.SOLUTION: The respiration guiding system includes: a respiration sensor 1 which detects the respiration of the user a massaging mechanism unit 2 which presses the back of the user and a controller 10 which controls the operation of the massage mechanism unit 2 to guide the respiration of the user conforming to the output of the respiration sensor 1. The controller 10 includes: a skill level-deciding unit 14 which decides the level of the skill in the respiration of the user and an exhalation control unit 12a which extends the exhalation period of time of the user by reflecting the skill level which has been decided by the skill level-deciding unit 14 in the operation of the massage mechanism unit 2.
