PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transporting system which sets and manages a very small discharging quantity of a fluid precisely, and to provide a method for setting the discharging quantity of the fluid precisely.SOLUTION: The fluid transporting system 10 is provided with the fluid transporting apparatus 50, a PC 20 and communication equipment 30. The fluid transporting apparatus 50 houses: a flexible tube 62 a pump unit 61 which presses the tube 62 to discharge the fluid a pump driving unit 57 for driving the pump unit 61 a transmission/reception control circuit 54 and a battery 58. The PC 20 sets a driving condition of the fluid transporting apparatus 50 for discharging a desired fluid flow rate and performs starting processing of the fluid transporting apparatus 50. The communication equipment 30 connects the fluid transporting apparatus 50 and the PC 20 with each other. The fluid transporting apparatus 50 is driven based on the driving condition input from the PC 20. The method for setting the discharging quantity of the fluid sets discharge data corresponding to a correction coefficient obtained from the ratio of the diameter of individual tubes 62, and adjusts the discharging quantity of the fluid transporting apparatus 50 to be equal to that of a fluid transporting apparatus being a standard.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】流体の微量な吐出量を正確に設定、管理可能な流体輸送システムと、流体の正確な吐出量設定方法を提供する。【解決手段】流体輸送システムは、柔軟性を有するチューブ62とチューブ62を圧搾して流体を吐出するポンプユニット61とポンプユニット61を駆動するためのポンプ駆動ユニット57と送受信制御回路54と電池58とが格納される流体輸送装置50と、所望の流体流量を吐出する流体輸送装置50の駆動条件を設定し、流体輸送装置50の起動処理行うPC20と、流体輸送装置50とPC20とを相互接続する通信装置30とを備え、流体輸送装置50が、PC20から入力される駆動条件に基き駆動する。また、流体の吐出量設定方法は、個別のチューブ62の直径の比から求める補正係数に対応する吐出データを設定して、流体輸送装置50の吐出量を基準となる流体輸送装置と同じになるように調整する。【選択図】図1
