To provide systems, apparatus, and methods which allow improved operation of gastric pressure relief and enteral feeding.SOLUTION: An enteral feeding system 100 includes an enteral feeding container 146, administration tubing 142, and a delivery tube 144, where a gastric pressure relief system 110 is interposed between the administration tubing and the delivery tube. Further, the gastric pressure relief system includes a collection reservoir 112 with a gas vent 114 to ambient atmosphere, and relief tubing 145 secured to both the collection reservoir and a multi-way connector 120.
