PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of semi-cortical bone is provided to have the osteo inductivity of a decalcified bone maintaining osteo conductivity of a cortical bone by decalcify only the surface of the cortical bone through the short decalcification time with high concentration of hydrochloric acid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of semi-cortical bone comprises: a step of washing surface by removing the soft bone tissue； a step of dehydration soaking and mixing the bone tissue with dehydration solution； a degreasing step soaking and mixing the bone tissue with organic solvent； a step decalcifying the bone tissue by acid treatment； and a step of neutralizing the bone tissue by soaking into neutralizing solution. The semi-cortical bone is soaked into the acid of which concentration is 0.5-2.0N, for 1-30 minutes. The acid is selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, formic acid, nitric acid, EDTA, acetic acid and lactic acid.본 발명은 골 이식재로 사용되는 반피질골의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 피질골 분말(cortical bone powder)에 일부 탈회공정을 가함으로써 탈회뼈와 피질골에서 가지는 장점을 모두 갖추면서 양자의 단점을 최소화하도록 한 반피질골(Semi-cortical Bone)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 반피질골은 피질골에 비해 표면이 탈회골로 코팅되어 다공성을 가지게 되어 이식한 후 인체조직과 더 빨리 융합될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 피질골의 우수한 부피유지능력과 골전도성을 유지하면서 탈회골의 우수한 골 재생 촉진능력과 골유도성을 동시에 갖춘 골이식재를 제공한다.
