Methods for Evaluation of Quantification of Topho Response During Urate Reduction Therapy in the Treatment of Topophageal Gout "Systems and methods for evaluating tophoid loading with effective urate reduction therapy have been developed. The first application of computer evaluation methods to access the topho response included in standardized digital photography, computer evaluated measurement, and tophook analysis by an independent reader and a blind central reader paradigm.
