One embodiment of the present invention relates to a surgical retractor including: a pair of arm parts, an expansion part, a locking part, and grip parts. The arm parts are rotatably coupled to each other to be spread outward or to be narrowed inward. The expansion part is mounted on the arm parts to be slid, and has a structure in which a blade is coupled through an one-touch manner to be rotated. The locking part restricts the rotation of the arm parts to maintain the arm parts in the state that the arm parts are spread outward or narrowed inward. The grip parts are detachably coupled to the arm parts. According to the present invention, the expansion part is mounted to the arm parts to be slid, and has the structure in which the blade is coupled through one-touch scheme to be rotated, so that the blade can be easily detached or attached. A cutting part can be easily expanded by forming the structure in which tilting and sliding can be simultaneously realized.
