The antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is engineered to bind to a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF beta). The TGFβ-isoform-selective antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof may selectively bind to human TGFβ1 as compared to human TGFβ2 and human TGFβ3, or may selectively bind to human TGFβ3 as compared to human TGFβ1 and human TGFβ2. The design of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is facilitated by the co-crystal structure of the recombinant Fab fragment of GC1008 bound to TGFβ2 and another co-crystal structure of the scFv version of GC1008 bound to TGFβ1.항체 또는 그의 항원-결합 단편은 형질전환 성장 인자-β(TGFβ)에 결합하도록 조작된다.
