Provided is a method for producing artificial skin. To this end, bio-skin is collected as an artificial skin from pig having high similarity to skin and subcutaneous tissues of human. By undergoing freezing and/or lyophilizing steps, the artificial skin can be conveniently used for various investigations or as an alternative for animal testing while being preserved for 6-12 months. In addition, mass-production of the artificial skin is possible through standardized production processes.본 발명은 인간의 피부 및 피하 조직과 높은 유사성을 가지는 돼지로부터 생체피부를 인공피부로 획득하여 동결 및/또는 동결 건조하는 단계를 통하여 6개월에서 1년 정도 장기간 보관하며 동물시험을 대체하거나 각종 연구용으로 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 인공피부를 표준화된 제조공정을 거쳐 대량 생산할 수 있는 인공피부의 제조방법을 제공한다.
