The invention relates to a product as functional food, meant for persons with nutritional deficit. According to the invention, the product consists of 39.40...40% white wheat flour, 4.45...4.60% flour of partially defatted hemp seeds, 26.5...27% cow cheese, 13.30...13.80% yogurt with 2% fat content, 13.30...13.40% butter with 65% fat content, the percentage being expressed by mass, and for the rest, bakery yeast, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and water for preparing the dough, the product having a content of maximum 55.10% total carbohydrates, 24% lipids and 18.80% proteins, respectively, and an energetic value of 483 kcal/100 g.
