PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for dehumidification which can realize dehumidification such that indoor dew condensation can be prevented with a less energy.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 for dehumidification is equipped with: a three-dimensional body part 2 having a first end 21 and a second end 22 which are opposite to each other; plural indoor air passages 3 which move indoor air toward the second end 22 from the first end 21; and plural outside air passages 4 which move outside air toward the first end 21 from the second end 22. At least a part of each of the plural indoor air passages 3 and at least a part of each of the plural outside air passages 4 are adjacent to each other at at least a part of the body part in a thickness direction and a width direction.
