Disclosed are a new alkoxyimino derivative or an agriculturally acceptable salt thereof and a pest control agent containing as an active ingredient the derivative or a salt thereof, wherein the agent shows an excellent controlling effect on a wide range of pests in the agricultural and horticultural field and is also capable of controlling resistant pests.
