PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastric fistula catheter capable of reducing insertion resistance or extraction resistance at its insertion into or extraction from a gastric fistula to thereby relieve the pain of a patient.SOLUTION: A gastric fistula catheter according to the present invention comprises: a flexible tube body having a lumen a first opening an indwelling portion detachably provided, in such a manner as to allow communication between the first opening and the lumen, at a tip portion of the flexible tube body a second opening a body surface stationary portion detachably provided, in such a manner as to allow communication between the second opening and the lumen, at a base end portion of the flexible tube body and at least one hanger with one end fixed to the dwelling portion and the other end detachably connected to the body surface stationary portion. This configuration allows for reduction of insertion resistance or extraction resistance by making the indwelling portion nearly the same in an external diameter as the flexible tube for insertion into or extraction from a gastric fistula, to thereby relieve the pain of the patient.
