PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and soil culture medium which are used in germination and/or cultivation of citrus or other plants.SOLUTION: A container 10 comprising air pruning holes 17 has dimensions which are constituted for germination and/or cultivation of a citrus plant 15 including a citrus rootstock and another plant 15. In one of such a container 10, a width may be approximately 2.54 to 3.18 cm, and a depth may be approximately 12.7 to 17.8 cm. In another one of such a container 10, a width may be approximately 10.2 to 15.2 cm, and a depth may be approximately 30.5 to 35.6 cm.
