The respiration state detection means detects the present respiration state of a user. The respiration state determination means determines whether or not the detected present respiration state is a defined specific respiration state. The notification data generation means, when it is determined that the present respiration state is not the specific respiration state, generates notification data including information showing that the present respiration state is not the specific respiration state and information for making the present respiration state be closer to the specific respiration state.
