The disclosure is related to a behind-ear temperature monitoring apparatus, a system, and a monitoring method. The device body of the monitoring apparatus has an ear-hanging member for fixing the apparatus into the ear, and a housing for containing circuit units of the apparatus. A first magnetic element is disposed at the side close to earlobe within the housing. The apparatus includes a behind-ear temperature sensing member that is connected to the device body using a bendable connection member. The behind-ear temperature sensing member has a second magnetic element and is fixed onto the earlobe by means of magnetic force between the first and second magnetic elements. A temperature sensing module is disposed in the behind-ear temperature sensing member, and is electrically connected to a micro-controller in the device body via a circuit buried in the bendable connection member.
