PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system and a plant cultivation system for a building in which control of water is easy, which can prevent insect pests and weeds and can make cultivation of a plant easy.SOLUTION: A tilt roof 22 of translucency is prepared at an upper part of a housing chamber 21. An external water tank 12 has an opening 12a, receives water which flows and falls from the tilt roof 22 by the opening 12a, and is prepared at an external of the housing chamber 21 to store the water. An internal water tank 13 is prepared inside the housing chamber 21 to pass water with the external water tank 12. A cultivation container 14 which can cultivate a plant is prepared above the internal water tank 13 inside the housing chamber 21. A water supply means 16 is prepared to feed water inside the internal water tank 13 to a plant cultivated by the cultivation container 14. Ventilation filters are prepared at an air inlet 24 and an exhaust port 25 of the housing chamber 21.
