PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cochineal dye formulation which allows for uniform coloration of paste products of meat and fish meat, capable of suppressing the migration of the dye when paste products of meat and fish meat are partially colored in red.SOLUTION: The cochineal dye formulation includes one or more selected from the group consisting of disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
