PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement having both of prompt initial rise of heat generation and securement of duration of the generated heat, and also excellent in sense of use.SOLUTION: A heating implement 1 includes: a heat generator 10 having a heat generating composition containing an oxidizable metal, electrolyte and water and generating heat through an oxidation reaction of the metal a bag body 20 at least partly having air permeability and housing the heat generator 10. The heat generator 10 includes a first heat generating part 101 and a second heat generating part 102. The second heat generating part 102 is housed in a continuous space of the bag body 20 together with the first heat generating part 101.
