PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an absorber which stably and reliably controls a mixture ratio of fibers constituting the absorber so as to be a desired ratio and ensures uniformity of fiber blending, thereby stably obtaining performance as a planned absorber.SOLUTION: A conveyance pipe 4 includes: a throttle part 45 in which a flow area at a portion formed with a second inflow part 42 is smaller than a flow area nearest to the portion formed with the second inflow part 42 on an upstream side in the conveyance pipe 4 and a mixture space part 46 connected with a downstream side of the throttle part 45 in the conveyance pipe 4, having a larger flow area than the throttle part 45, and mixing the first absorber material 13 and second absorber material 14 having passed the throttle part 45.
