Disclosed is a needle guide apparatus for biopsy having a guide needle and a core needle conveniently separated. The present invention comprises a housing, a core needle, a guide needle assembly, a slide button and a spring. The housing comprises: a bore formed on the center； an inlet formed on the front so as to be connected to the bore； and a slide hole formed on one outer surface. The core needle is coupled to the housing so as to extend to the front of the housing and has on the front end a tip formed so as to penetrate into the tissue. The guide needle assembly has: a hub separably accommodated inside the bore of the housing through the inlet and having on the center a bore through which the core needle passes； and a guide needle coupled to the bore of the hub and having on the center a passageway through which the core needle passes. The slide button has on one side a locking hole for locking a snap-fit and is coupled to the slide hole so as to move between the locking position and the unlocking position of the snap-fit. The spring is mounted inside the bore of the housing so as to provide resiliency in the direction of pushing the hub out of the bore of the housing.
