Aspects of the invention provide Vehicle-to-Vehicle Control (V2V) operation tokeep an air cart or other storage element full and in operation duringagriculturaloperations. When an air cart system and a supply vehicle come into an "activezone,"V2V can give control to the air cart system (or the air cart system could givecontrol tothe supply vehicle) to dictate at least one of a forward speed, a vehiclealignment and adirection of travel of the supply vehicle (or the air cart system). It couldalso control dataexchange between the systems/vehicles. Accordingly, V2V may allow for precisecontrol of loading operations and may reduce the risk of collisions in thefield.
