Provided is an ingrown toenail correction device. The ingrown toenail correction device comprises a correction body and an elastic body. The correction body comprises: a connection surface which is a flat surface spaced apart from the top of an ingrown toenail by a predetermined distance, while facing the same； a first support part and a second support part which extend from both ends of the connection surface, have a predetermined length, and face each other； and a first hook unit and a second hook unit which are bent from end portions of the first support part and the second support part and are inserted into both ends of the ingrown toenail to hook the same.
