Provided is an adjuvant composition containing a nucleic acid in which a double-stranded RNA comprising a base sequence represented by sequence No. 1 and the complementary sequence thereof binds with a single-stranded DNA comprising a base sequence represented by sequence No. 2. Also provided is a vaccine composition comprising the adjuvant composition and an antigen or an antigenic component. The adjuvant composition has strong adjuvant activity and high safety and contains a nucleic acid that can be produced by chemical synthesis.La présente invention concerne une composition dadjuvant contenant un acide nucléique dans lequel un ARN double brin comprenant une séquence de bases représentée par la séquence n° 1 et la séquence complémentaire de celle-ci se lie à un ADN simple brin comprenant une séquence de bases représentée par la séquence n° 2. Linvention concerne en outre une composition de vaccin comprenant la composition dadjuvant et un antigène ou un composant antigénique. La composition dadjuvant présent une activité dadjuvant élevée et une sécurité élevée et contient un acide nucléique qui peut être produit par synthèse chimique.配列番号1に示される塩基配列およびその相補配列からなる二本鎖RNAと、配列番号2に示される塩基配列からなる一本鎖DNAとが結合している核酸を含有するアジュバント組成物、および当該アジュバント組成物と抗原または抗原性成分を含むワクチン組成物を提供する。当該アジュバント組成物は、強いアジュバント活性と高い安全性を有し、かつ、化学合成により製造可能な核酸を含有する。
