PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing heat treated bacterin, and a stabilized porcine emulsion vaccine prepared from the heat treated bacterin.SOLUTION: A vaccine comprises an emulsion, heat treated bacterin comprising a suspension of killed bacteria, in which the killed bacteria are of the species Leptospira Bratislava, and 1 to 13 porcine disease causing virus selected from the group consisting of Porcine Adenovirus, Porcine Circovirus, Porcine herpes viruses, Pseudorabies virus, Classical swine fever virus, Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, Porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus, Porcine parvovirus, Porcine Respiratory Corona virus, Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Virus, Swine Influenza, Transmissible gastroenteritis virus, and Vesicular stomatitis virus. The heat treated bacterin has lipase activity of 50% or less than the lipase activity before the heat treatment, and has acceptable antigenic activity.【課題】熱処理バクテリンを生成する方法、および該熱処理バクテリンから調製された安定化されたブタ用乳剤ワクチンの提供。【解決手段】乳剤と；レプトスピラ・ブラチスラバ種の細菌の死菌懸濁液を含む熱処理バクテリンと；ブタアデノウイルス、ブタサーコウイルス、ブタヘルペスウイルス、仮性狂犬病ウイルス、ブタコレラウイルス、ブタ流行性下痢症ウイルス、ブタ血球凝集性脳脊髄炎ウイルス、ブタパルボウイルス、ブタ呼吸器コロナウイルス、ブタ生殖器呼吸器ウイルス、ブタインフルエンザ、伝染性胃腸炎ウイルス、および水疱性口内炎ウイルスから選択される１から１３種のブタ疾患を引き起こすウイルスと；を含み、熱処理バクテリンが熱処理しないバクテリンのリパーゼ活性の５０％以下のリパーゼ活性を示し、かつ許容できる抗原活性を示すワクチン。【選択図】なし
