CONSTITUTION: A branch fixing apparatus of environment-friendly road side trees comprises the following: a main body(10) coated with an artificial coating(11)； a branch fixture(20) formed with a square pipe, fixed to the main body； a magnet(60) fixed on the inner surface of the branch fixture； a branch frame(30) coated with the artificial coating, including another magnet(70) in the inside； and a finishing coating(50) covering the exterior of the branch fixture and the branch frame after being coupled using the magnets.본 발명은 가로등을 나무와 같이 보이게 하는 친환경 가로수에 있어서, 본체에 나뭇가지를 간단히 체결하여 작업을 간단히 끝낼 수 있도록 하는 친환경 가로수의 가지 고정장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 사각파이프로 이루어진 가지고정구의 내측으로 자석을 고정하고, 상기 가지고정구에 끼워지는 사각파이프로 이루어진 가지프레임의 내측에도 자석을 고정시킴으로써 가지프레임를 가지고정구에 끼울 때 자석에 의해 가지가 이탈되지 않게 고정시킨 후 외측을 마감피복으로 씌워주는 것이다.
