PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detector for reducing the measurement frequency of an offset charge amount and facilitating radiography without enlarging a device or raising a price.SOLUTION: On a substrate, a plurality of pixels including a switching element, a photoelectric conversion element and an element with electric capacity as one set of elements are two-dimensionally arrayed.
