The present invention relates to an energy saving type apparatus for turning food waste into resources, which re-uses high-temperature discharge gas generated in a processing of turning food waste into resources and accordingly saves energy, while actively handling changing the amount of food waste by dividing the apparatus into a main body module and a part module, thereby having offensive smell hardly affect surrounding environments by maximizing the capacity to remove the offensive smell. To achieve this, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: at least one main body module which food waste is injected into, and the food waste is fermented and dried therein； and at least one part module which removes moisture and dust of discharge air from the main body module and reduces offensive smell wherein the main body module has a pre-drying tool which is used for pre-drying the food waste in a processing of injecting the food waste.본 발명은 음식물쓰레기를 자원화하면서 발생된 고온 배출가스를 재이용하여 에너지를 절감할 수 있고, 자원화 설비를 본체 모듈과 부속 모듈로 구분 모듈화하여 용량 변동에 따른 능동적인 대처가 가능하며, 악취제거능력을 극대화시켜 주변 환경에 악취에 의한 영향을 주지 않도록 할 수 있는 에너지절감형 음식물쓰레기 자원화 설비를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 음식물쓰레기를 투입하고 발효 건조시키는 하나 이상의 본체 모듈； 및 상기 본체 모듈에서 처리되어 나온 배출공기의 수분과 분진을 제거하고 악취를 저감시키는 하나 이상의 부속 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 본체 모듈은 음식물쓰레기가 투입되는 과정에서 예비건조시키기 위한 예비건조 수단을 포함하는 에너지절감형 음식물쓰레기 자원화 설비가 제공된다.
