The grains include 10-20wt% of rice bran, 20-40wt% of corn, 20-40wt% of barley, and 10-20wt% of wheat. The fermented vegetables are obtained by fermenting a mixture including the fruit skin, vegetable leaves, and oil cake at 35-40 deg C for 5-7 days.
