The invention relates to a voltage distribution wireless measurement system of a lightning arrester. By a wireless transmission method, voltage of each node of the lightning arrester is synchronously acquired, the voltage of a transformer can be measured by a host, and the acquisition of the voltage is only at an interval of 0.6ms with the acquisition of the voltage of the node of the lightning arrester by each voltage measurement probe, so measurement accuracy cannot be influenced. A discrete Fourier transform method is applied in signal processing to analyze and calculate an acquired voltage signal. By the system, interference harmonic wave is filtered and accurate fundamental wave voltage is calculated so as to guarantee the measurement accuracy.
