The present invention relates to an udon extruding device for fishing. The extruding device comprises a body including a piston and a container； a handle extended toward the back of the body to be rotated； and a ring-shaped compression member inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the container to be moved up and down and compressing the container by the rotation of the handle. According to the present invention, a step between the compression member and the container generates a compression force by planar contact.
