The present invention relates to a disposable safety syringe in which a plunger is completely moved forward to be joined to a needle after an injection and then is moved backward to make the needle isolated in a cylinder, wherein the disposable safety syringe enables a normal usage as the plunger is not joined to the needle before an injection even when the plunger moves forward.
