PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a titanium oxide nanotube in a sodium chloride solution for treating colon cancer without pain and side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating colon cancer contains 3.75-7.5 % by mass of titanium oxide nanotubes in 5.0-12.0 % by mass of sodium chloride solution. A method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition for treating colon cancer comprises: a step of preparing titanium oxide nanotube particles； a step of preparing the sodium chloride solution； and a step of dispersing the titanium oxide nanotube particles in the sodium chloride solution.본 발명은 5.0 ~ 12.0 질량% 염화나트륨 수용액에 산화티타늄 나노튜브 3.75~7.5 질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대장암 치료용 약학적 조성물이다. 상기 대장암 치료용 약학적 조성물은 근적외선을 조사하면 발열하는 산화티타늄 나노튜브의 성질을 이용한 것으로 염화나트륨 수용액과 결합하여 발열효과를 높이는 역할을 하게 한다. 또한 상기 대장암 치료용 약학적 조성물을 이용한 치료는 여러 차례에 걸쳐 이루어지는 것보다는 한 번에 충분한 시간동안 근적외선을 조사하는 것이, 다른 조직에 손상을 주지 않고 완벽하게 종양세포를 제거할 수 있게 한다. 본 발명에 따른 대장암 치료용 약학적 조성물은 산화티타늄 나노튜브를 이용한 광열치료법으로 순수하게 열을 이용하는 방법으로 고통과 부작용이 거의 없으며 치료 후 수 일 내에 나노튜브가 체외로 배출되기 때문에 인체에 축적되지 않는다는 장점이 있다.
