The present invention relates to a method for producing dried salmon slices by using river salmon captured for artificial insemination after collecting roe and fertilizing the roe； and to the dried salmon slices produced by the method. The dried salmon slices of the present invention recycles river salmon which has lower value after collecting roe and fertilizing the roe and creates high added value, thereby efficiently recycling resources； and the dried salmon slices can be vacuum-packed in a sliced and dried jerky form, and thus can be stored for a long time and be easily accessible.본 발명은 인공수정을 위해 포획한 하천 연어를 채란 및 채정한 후 이를 이용하여 연어 건조포를 제조하는 방법과 이 방법으로 제조되는 연어 건조포에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 연어 건조포는 채란 및 채정 후 이용가치가 낮아진 하천 연어를 이용하여 고부가가치를 창출함으로써 자원을 효율적으로 재활용할 수 있으며, 슬라이스된 건조포의 형태로 진공포장되므로 장기간 보관이 가능하고 쉽게 접할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
