A device (1, 100) for repairing an intervertebral disc which is arranged between a pair of vertebrae, the device comprising: - an anchoring body (2, 102), suitable to advance it into one of the adjacent vertebrae the intervertebral disc and secure it therein and - a prosthesis (3, 103, 203, 303) adapted to retain or replace the nucleus pulposus in an inner space of an outer ring of the intervertebral disc the prosthesis comprising at least one active portion (4) adapted to assume and maintain - a first placement (A) suitable for allowing the active portion is inserted into, and through, the hole in the outer ring during a placement same in the interior of the outer ring, and at least a second suitable operatively (B) to at least partially occlude the hole in the outer ring and / or replace at least a portion of nucleus pulposus on the active portion assumes a position placement in the interior of the outer ring, wherein the prosthesis is linkable in a position securely engaging the anchor body, the anchor body adapted to support and provide the prosthesis in said engagement position so being the prosthesis is oriented in a direction toward and through a hole in the outer ring.Un dispositivo (1, 100) para reparar un disco intervertebral que se dispone entre un par de vértebras, comprendiendo el dispositivo: - un cuerpo de anclaje (2, 102), adecuado para hacerlo avanzar dentro de una de las vértebras adyacente al disco intervertebral y asegurarlo en la misma y - una prótesis (3, 103, 203, 303) adaptada para retener o sustituir el núcleo pulposo en un espacio interior de un anillo externo del disco intervertebral comprendiendo la prótesis al menos una porción activa (4) adaptada para asumir y mantener - una primera forma de colocación (A) adecuada para permitir que la porción activa sea insertada dentro, y a través, del orificio en el anillo externo durante una colocación de la misma en el espacio interior del anillo externo, y al menos una segunda forma operativa (B)
