An esophagoscope system integrated with an infrared thermal scanner comprises an infrared thermal scanning esophagoscope (1), a cold light source host (2), an endoscopic monitor (7) and an infrared thermal scanning system. The cold light source host (2), the endoscopic monitor (7) and the infrared thermal scanning system are connected with the infrared thermal scanning esophagoscope (1). Said infrared thermal scanning system comprises an infrared thermal scanning processing system host (4) and an infrared thermal scanning system monitor (6). In the esophagoscope system integrated with an infrared thermal scanner, an infrared thermal scanning probe (122) is integrated with the esophagoscope, and the infrared thermal scanning probe can provide an annular three-dimensional scan to the esophagus and peripheral tissues. The acquired data are transmitted to the infrared thermal scanning processing system host (4) for image processing operations. The infrared thermal scanning system provides several options of display mode including a normal display mode, a night vision display mode and the like, so that a doctor can obtain different display images.
