PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement chip having improved usability when taking in a specimen.SOLUTION: The measurement chip is provided that comprises: a chip body portion 2 which defines a fluid circuit inside and a specimen taking-in portion 3 which is rotatably attached to the chip body portion 2, and which takes in a specimen introduced in the fluid circuit. The specimen taking-in portion 3 comprises a taking-in port 41 taking in the specimen from the outside at a chip end portion, and defines a holding space 42 holding the specimen taken in from the taking-in port 41 on a base end side than the taking-in port 41.
