PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid treatment apparatus capable of stably mobilizing a fluid dispensed in-between planes for treatments within a container.SOLUTION: The fluid treatment apparatus system includes a fluid treatment apparatus for treating a treatment target fluid in-between planes for treatments 1, 2 possessed respectively by portions for treatments 10, 20 configured oppositely so as to be movable toward and away from one another while at least one relatively rotates in relation to the other and then discharging the dispensation liquid of the treatment target fluid from a dispensation port 70 in-between the planes for treatments 1, 2, a container 61 for housing the former, and, as auxiliary means of forcibly altering the flow of the dispensation liquid dispensed from the dispensation port, rotation means 71 for promoting the movement of the dispensation liquid on the basis of the rotation of a rotary unit 72 having a fan 73.
