FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a catheter having a terminal part and a distal part and comprising a first tubular element； a second tubular element concentric with said first tubular element and an axial rod-like element which extends beyond distal end of said first and second tubular elements； a first tubular toroidal element supported by a plurality of tubular arms which extend from said distal end towards said toroidal element forming a kind of cage which can be opened in umbrella fashion around distal end of said catheter. Tubular arms and said toroidal element are in fluid communication with each other and with said second tubular element of said catheter. Second toroidal tubular element is in fluid communication by means of radial arms with said first tubular element of said catheter.
