The present invention relates to porous freeze-dried plasma protein matrices having an open channel structure and a concentration gradient of plasma proteins, crosslinlced by the action of thrombin, and methods of producing said matrices. The compositions of the present invention are useful clinically, per se or as cell-bearing implants.La présente invention porte sur des matrices poreuses de protéines plasmatiques lyophilisées ayant une structure à canaux ouverts et sur un gradient de concentration des protéines plasmatiques, réticulées par laction de la thrombine, et sur des procédés de production de ces matrices.
