PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove bubbles included in fluid from a fluid chamber.SOLUTION: The fluid injection device includes: a fluid injection part having a fluid chamber body 50, in which a fixed face 52, a diaphragm 57 facing the fixed face 52, the fluid chamber 51 having a space surrounded by a sidewall 59 continuing the fixed face 52 and the diaphragm 57, and an inlet channel tube 55 and an outlet channel tube 53 communicating with the fluid chamber 51 are integrally molded a piezoelectric element 40, in close contact with the diaphragm 57 and a lid body comprising an upper case 20 and a lower case 30 holding the fluid chamber body 50, wherein inner surfaces of respective connecting parts of the fixed face 52, the sidewall 59, the diaphragm 57 are rounded smoothly in molding, and the volume of the fluid chamber 51 is reduced rapidly by the diaphragm 57, and fluid is injected in a pulse form from a nozzle opening 81 provided in an end direction of the outlet channel tube 53.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体中に含まれる気泡を流体室から排除する。【解決手段】流体噴射装置は、固定面52と、固定面52に対向するダイアフラム57と、固定面52とダイアフラム57とを連続する側壁59とで囲まれる空間からなる流体室51と、流体室51に連通する入口流路管55と出口流路管53と、が一体で成形される流体室体50と、ダイアフラム57に密接される圧電素子40と、流体室体50を保持する上ケース20と下ケース30とからなる蓋体と、を有する流体噴射部が備えられ、固定面52と側壁59とダイアフラム57それぞれの接続部の内面が滑らかに丸められて成形され、流体室51の容積をダイアフラム57により急激に縮小し、出口流路管53の先端方向に設けられるノズル開口部81から液体をパルス状に噴射する。【選択図】図2
