PROCÉDÉ DE PRÉPARATION D'UN ÉLASTOMÈRE DE SILICONE CONTENANT DES AGENTS ACTIFS HYDROPHILES ET COMPOSITION DE SOINS D'HYGIÈNE PERSONNELLE CONTENANT L'ÉLASTOMÈRE
A method for preparing silicone elastomers containing hydrophilic skin actives with excellent characteristics is described. The elastomer shows enhanced efficacy with respect to the skin actives compared to skin care compositions formulated with individual elastomer and active components. Skin care compositions containing the inventive silicone elastomers and methods of skin treatment are also described.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'élastomères de silicone contenant des agents actifs cutanés hydrophiles présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques. L'élastomère présente une efficacité accrue en ce qui concerne les agents actifs cutanés par rapport aux compositions de soins de la peau formulées à l'aide de composants élastomères et actifs distincts. L'invention a également trait à des compositions de soin de la peau contenant les élastomères de silicone selon l'invention, ainsi qu'à des méthodes de traitement de la peau.
