The present invention is configured to compress, by using a compressor, food waste introduced into a treatment apparatus by being connected to a sink drain pipe of a sink in each household, discharge moisture, which is contained in the introduced food waste, and moisture, which is generated by compressing the food waste, into a sewer pipe, and discharge the food waste to be put in a drawer filled with earthworms and soil after cutting the food waste by a cutting apparatus. The drawer filled with soil is designed to be easily replaced and soil with wormcast containing earthworms after a predetermined period of time, is to be used as fertilizer.
