The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a cyclophosphamide lyophilized composition, which, in a final prepared cyclophosphamide lyophilized composition, comprises a step of dissolving cyclophosphamide and D-mannitol or lactose as a lyophilization protectant in a reaction container of a selected temperature to dissolve at least 99% within 15 seconds upon injection of 50 mL of pharmaceutical water per 1g based on anhydrous cyclophosphamide； and the cyclophosphamide lyophilized composition for injections manufactured by the same.
